Our Process

At Happe Homes, we’ve been in the business for years. As a result, we have a tried-and-tested series of processes in place make the construction of your dream home as smooth and seamless as possible.

Step 1 | Happe Homes Orientation

First we’ll meet to learn more about what you want and how company and team can work for you. We’ll walk you through the building process, step by step, and answer all of your questions. We help you choose one of our communities and lot locations throughout the Des Moines metro locations and beyond.

Step 2 | Floor Plan Selection

Happe Homes has more than 20 floor plans with countless variations to choose from, helping you select the structure that meets your family’s needs. Our floor plans can be modified in line with your preferences and you can even pick a custom floor plan that we will design just for you!

Step 3 | Customize and Personalize

We offer a free 4-hour personal design consultation. After selecting your floor plan, you can personalize all of your interior and exterior selections and finishes. You can see, compare, contrast, match and select every aspect of your new home at our 2,500 square foot Home Center.

Step 4 | Home Construction

One of our Field Directors will oversee the construction and completion of your home. They will personally monitor every aspect of the build process. Our directors are world class professionals, and have over 50 years of experience combined.

Step 5 | Interior Design

Happe Homes offers each client a free consultation with our interior decorator as part of each sale. She will walk you through our design center and be there to help you every of the way. Bring your own ideas and discuss them with our experts.

Step 6 | Move in with Peace of Mind

Moving in is stress-free because Happe Homes help with your move! Also, when you receive the keys to your new home, we will ensure that any issues will be taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. You will also get a post-sales service commitment, our 1-year builder’s warranty, externally provided extended warranties through RWC, and applicable manufacturers’ warranties..
